HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order through our online shop by visiting the Shop tab above.
Alternatively you can place an order via email; littlearchboutique@gmail.com or phone us on 07388 575 661.
We can also take orders through our Facebook and Instagram pages.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Every online order processed has a delivery charge, calculated by the size and weight at the checkout.
Items are sent tracked via Royal Mail, however we may use a private courier for larger items.
Orders will be dispatched same day where possible or at the start of the next day.
All items gift wrapped as standard - because we like you, and it's our way of saying 'thanks'.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Of course! We are always happy to tailor your shopping experience with us to your needs and are happy to include any special messages.

Please quote your order number and message in the request.

RETURNS POLICY
At Little Arch Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you're not happy, we will offer a full refund or exchange your item.
Items must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it in.
To request a refund or exchange please email us at littlearchboutique@gmail.com or fill out the Enquiry form by clicking on the tab above.
In the unlikely event your order has been damaged while in transit to you, please report these damages to us within 48 hours. Please send photographic evidence of the packaging and the product and keep the original delivery label.
